My Story
Hello, I am İpek Özmen Dönmez. After graduating from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Architecture, Department of Industrial Product Design with honors, I focused on developing myself in both the strategic aspects of decoration and design. My career that started at Koleksiyon Home helped me discover the strategic dimension as well as the creative side of design.
With Pi Design, which I founded in 2014, I had the chance to design living spaces such as Marla, My Soho, and Vesta in Denizli; adding spirit to spaces in decoration projects has always been my greatest source of inspiration. In addition, I accompanied the design journeys of brands such as Artepera, Shikka, and Buldan’s. As of 2020, I have been a strategic consultant to Laodikeia Marble, supporting them in developing the brand’s identity, and the work we carried out together contributed to Laodikeia winning three international design awards.
I believe that every project in design has its own story; That's why I take care to produce original and sustainable solutions by keeping the visions and user experience of the projects at the forefront at every stage from decoration to branding. Looking from a broad perspective, presenting an innovative and timeless vision in every design is always a priority for me.
