Marla Premium: A Reborn Meeting Point in the Heart of the City
A structure that previously served as a different business on Denizli’s Yenişehir walking and running path has been revived under the name Marla Premium. This meeting point, where different tastes are offered with contemporary interpretations, went through Pi Design’s detailed design process. Marla facilities operator Ramazan Çatalok had previously collaborated with Pi Design in the Marla Tennis Club and Marla Bistro projects and achieved positive results. For this reason, he entrusted the entire design process of this newly acquired area to Pi Design again. The design story of the venue, which was completed in a short period of 6 months and appeals to many tastes with its different functions, is as follows:
Material Selection Reflecting the Identity of the City
Scalloped Travertine Walls and Cast Mosaic Floor: Natural and local materials were prioritized in the general design of the venue. The characteristic features of the old structure were preserved with scalloped travertine walls and cast mosaic floor, and it was renewed with a modern interpretation.
Buldan Fabric Textiles, staff clothing: Buldan fabric, which is the symbol of the city, adds warmth to the texture of the space and strengthens Marla Premium's local identity.
Decorative Plaster and Mosaic Coating: While the plaster used in the main restaurant highlights the aesthetics of natural materials, the mosaic coating on the exterior welcomes guests entering with enthusiasm and sparkle in the afternoon sun.
Different Themes and Unique Areas
Marla Premium's concept is based on creating a unique atmosphere for guests looking for elegance and warmth that adapts to the fast pace of the city. For this purpose, furniture with special touches, modern lighting details and materials where quality is prioritized in every detail were used in the interior. During the design process, large areas were created to provide spaciousness to the space; natural textures were supported with warm earth tone color palettes and stylish details. Every corner was meticulously designed for guests to feel special and have an experience connected to the space.
Marla Premium offers its guests unique experiences with various areas, each offering a different concept:
1. Premium Garden and Winter Hall: Offering an exclusive environment, these two areas are arranged according to the season, providing guests with a comfortable and friendly atmosphere.
2. Marla Ege: Designed in blue and white tones, this section brings a sea breeze to the city, where Aegean herbs and fish appetizers are served.
3. Marla Venue: The city's only cocktail bar, inspired by the Venus concept, draws attention with its DJ booth and Venus relief. The most special address to drink cocktails accompanied by pleasant music before or after your meal.
4. Marla Platinum: VIP lounges designed for special meetings and presentations offer guests an exclusive area.
5. Marla Viski Club: An area operating with a membership system, exclusive to the city's whiskey enthusiasts. Viski Club not only offers an exclusive whiskey experience, but also creates a sense of belonging.
6. Marla Icon: With flavors from world cuisine and breakfast options, Marla Icon is the new favorite of the city for those who want to discover international flavors.
Pi Design's Marla Premium Design Journey
Pi Design brought not only the spatial design but also the entire brand identity to life during the concept creation process of Marla Premium:
Holistic Design Understanding: From the decoration of the area to the chairs used, from the sinks and material selection to the plates, tablecloths, and staff uniforms, the smallest details were considered. Each element was designed as a piece that complements the concept of the venue.
Opening Concept "Celebration": Pi Design designed the opening night of Marla Premium under a "celebration" concept. All details, from the invitation design to the opening night music list, were prepared considering the elements that make the venue special.
A Point Where the Heart of the City Beats
Shaped with Pi Design's vision, Marla Premium was imagined as a meeting and celebration point where the heart of Denizli beats, rather than a restaurant. Bringing together local textures with modern interpretations, Marla Premium continues to add value to the city as Denizli's new center of attraction.
